Preformance Metal Phinishes is a division of Murphy’s Law, a Veteran-Woman owned business. Formed in a “post Katrina” Southern Louisiana, “PMP” was started to fill a need in Tangipahoa Parish, the need to customize, accessorize and power-ize hot rods and classic automobiles. PMP quickly gained the reputation as “the place to go” when you needed, chroming, powder coating or a few more horses under the hood. Owners, Lyn & John Gibson, grew up around racecars and classic cars; it was only natural that they would have a love for all things hot rod. PMP takes pride in their work, no inferior phinished product is ever allowed to leave the shop therefore insuring repeat clients as well as word of mouth business from our happy customers. PMP has focused on the science of powder coating and has created and designed their own equipment; better and bigger equipment to handle most any job at the highest level of quality. Having studied and perfected the science of powder coating has opened their client base to both industrial and commercial venues. The demand for this new “green” application is overwhelming, “Why not, our clients are smart!” says the Gibsons, “Our clients demand only the highest quality and toughest coatings for their parts, projects and construction!”
